Applicants from Belgium, Hungary, Libya, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Italy and Romania have the highest chances of positive ruling since their success rate is over 85%. The highest recognition rate has Austria with about 92%. Those from Greece received a positive ruling in over 80% of the cases. Only three countries have a success rate of less than 40%: Vietnam, China and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

The vast majority of applications was submitted by migrants from Poland and Romania. Furthermore, many applications from Bosnia and Hergevonia were processed. Among the non-European countries, Syria ranks first, followed by Serbia, Hungary and Italy.
