The EIPA is now interested in sharing the best practices of the BQ-Portal with the rest of the world and making BQ-Portal more known in Europe. It encourages the organisations involved in labour market integration of migrants (from both within and outside the EU), including ministries, agencies at national, regional and local level, chambers of commerce, employment services, labour market offices and vocational and education training institutions to gain valuable insights into the project and transfer the BQ-Portal approaches to their own institutional context. Thus, the EIPA co-organises a two-day workshop, which will take place in the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin on 2-3 March. This seminar will illustrate how to organise a robust cooperation between the competent bodies, responsible for the recognition process, employers, employment services and training organisations by the use of a common platform in order to facilitate a successful labour market integration of immigrants for the benefit of economic growth. The participants will gain first hand practice insights on background, objectives, structure, stakeholders inclusion and transferability of the project BQ-Portal. Therefore, various stakeholders as well as users of the portal will share their experiences with the BQ-Portal with the participants. Such experts as representatives of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, German Confederation of Skilled Crafts and Small Businesses, Chambers of Skilled Crafts as well as Chambers of Industry and Commerce, Centre of Education and Innovation, employment agencies and companies will give presentations on the seminar.
We invite you to join the seminar and equip yourself with concrete methods for a successful labour market integration of migrants.
